About us

produce auto parts & etc by FORGING method Ahangar Fan Avaran CO. has been registered in 1381(2002) and exploited in 1383(2004).

Company goals

The major purpose of foundation is to produce auto parts & etc with Weight of 0.5-10 Kg by FORGING method annually 4800 Tons.

This Company gathers resources like modern designing software, mold designation and machining with complete equipment, forging with light and heavy Eccentric pressing machines, QC department with required Tools, machining Tools and efficient personnel to active organizational goals.

Designing and technology department
According to customer application, our team began to study feasibility and offering the suitable production method and then we start to design the mold and pass the mold plan to molding department.

Molding department

The Designed mold by previous department will be checked here and then raw materials will be prepared to start molding.



QC & QA department
This department has been equipped with measuring/controlling laboratory tools to control the molds and parts among producing as well as fulfilling the batch tracing and quality improvement forms.

Cutting department
Imported raw materials will be monitored for quality factors and submitted to cutting process

Forging department
As setting up the molds on the machines, base material will be preheated to be ready for forging process.

Heat treatment department
All produced parts must meet heat treatment to improve microstructures

Shot pinning & packing department
All products after passing the quality control items (hardness, crack detection, metallographic …) will be cleaned and exposed to shot pinning process, packing and at last forwarded to store.

Prototyping and machining department

According to customer demands or commercial department orders, the produced parts will be machined for final dimensions.
